Winemaking
Valpolicella Classica (VR) blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Syrah. Part of the grapes are dried, while the rest is freshly crushed and refermented together, creating depth and complexity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by ageing in Slavonian oak and 24 months in barriques (second and third use), with further bottle refinement before release.
Taste profile
Deep, dense ruby red with bright reflections. Aromas of morello cherry, blackberry, pepper, vanilla, and nutmeg, with floral hints of rose and peony. On the palate it is velvety and full-bodied, with smooth tannins, fresh balance, and a long, spicy-fruity finish.

A rich and layered Italian red with depth and elegance — powerful, but still smooth and refined.
Food pairing
Excellent on its own or with red meats and structured dishes.

In a large glass at around 18°C.
