Returns and Refunds
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Conditions:

The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
How to initiate a return
Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product by contacting us at:

3️⃣ Return Deadline
Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
4️⃣ Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that the item has been sent back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
5️⃣ List of Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed food products once opened

hygiene-sensitive products if the seal has been broken

personalized or custom-made products

perishable goods
- some other specific goods
6️⃣ Damaged / Incorrect Items
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
In such cases, Eating Habits will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
7️⃣ Condition of Returned Goods
Customers are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
