Winemaking
Grown on the northern slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily at 700–900 m altitude. Carricante grapes are cultivated in volcanic soils rich in ash and sand, bringing natural freshness and character to the wine.

Taste profile
Fresh, lively, and elegant. Aromas of bright fruit with a refined intensity. On the palate, it is vibrant, balanced, and aromatic with a long, clean finish.
