Original wine obtained by drying one part of the fresh grapes, while the other part is crushed and then refermented all together. After a period of maturation in wooden barrels, this wine is ready to astonish every taster. A wine excellent served alone as well as paired with red meat.
It is recommended to serve in large glasses at 18°.

Appearance
Impenetrable and compact ruby red with brilliant reflections.
Nose
Intense, opens on tantalizing flavors of pepper, vanilla and nutmeg, with hints of morello cherry, blackberry and a floral finish of rose and peony.
Taste
Velvety and silky, surprising for the fresh vivacity of good body and tannin. Rich finish of ripe red pulp fruit and spices.
Fermentation:
In steel tanks, followed by a second one on the dryed Syrah in the Slavonian oak barrel
Alcohol content:
14% vol.
Aging:
24 months in second and third use barriques
Refinement:
6 months in the bottle
