Tasting: wine of excellent consistency with an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose has good intensity and olfactory complexity with notes of carob and berries, followed by floral notes of red rose perfectly integrated with cocoa and tobacco notes. On the palate it is full, with excellent structure and firm tannins contrasted by a pleasant softness; the finish is persistent with a spicy aftertaste.
Food pairings: excellent with red meat and game dishes or in a tasting of aged cheeses.
