Winemaking
Sangiovese from Rosso dell'Umbria IGT, Fresh Italian Red with Soul, produced in collaboration with the social farm La Semente. The grapes come from organically farmed hillside vineyards with clay-limestone soils. Harvest and vinification follow traditional methods, with fermentation in stainless steel and ageing in steel to preserve freshness and purity.

This wine is part of a project that combines quality winemaking with social inclusion, involving young people with autism in the production process and supporting responsible agriculture.

Taste profile
Ruby red, turning garnet with age. Aromas of morello cherry and forest berries. On the palate it is smooth, balanced, and velvety, with a medium structure and an elegant finish.
