Epulè, Monsignore

Tasting: A well-structured wine with a bright cherry pink color and purple highlights. The nose expresses great complexity and aromatic intensity, with clear fruity notes of cherry and pomegranate intertwined with floral hints of violet and a few hints of spice. The palate is fresh, pleasantly savory, and has excellent length.

Pairings: Excellent when paired with fish dishes, both simple and complex, and with less complex meat dishes.
