AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG Red Wine

Winemaking
Valpolicella Classica (VR) blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella. Hand-harvested grapes are carefully dried for about 100–120 days to concentrate flavour. Fermentation takes place in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by 36 months of ageing in barriques (60% new, 40% used), then 8 months of bottle refinement.

Taste profile
Deep garnet with slight dark tones. Aromas of cardamom, bergamot, citrus peel, and aromatic herbs, evolving into dark chocolate, blackberry, and cherry. On the palate it is soft yet structured, with fresh balance and a long mineral finish of graphite and volcanic stone.
