Winemaking
A limited-production blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from Umbria IGT. Grapes are hand-harvested from late September to mid-October and carefully selected both in the vineyard and cellar. After cold maceration, fermentation takes place with extended skin contact for structure and depth. The wine then undergoes full malolactic fermentation and matures for at least 12 months in oak barrels, followed by further bottle ageing.

Taste profile
Deep, elegant red with layered aromas of ripe dark fruit, subtle spice, and soft oak notes. Balanced and structured on the palate, with smooth tannins and a long, refined finish.
