La Dame Rose Bio is an organic IGT rosé made from Montepulciano and Syrah grapes. In the glass, it's a light cherry-pink, with aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, and aromatic herbs.
Fresh and lively on the palate, with good fruit concentration and a persistent finish.
Excellent as an aperitif or in cocktails, and pairs beautifully with white meat or delicate fish dishes.
