Purchasing Process and Payment Methods

1. General Information

The online store www.eatinghabits.ee is operated by TTQ GROUP OÜ, registered in Estonia.

By placing an order through our online store, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall apply to the Customer's order.


2. Products and Prices

All prices displayed in the online store are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable under Estonian legislation.

Shipping charges are calculated separately during checkout and displayed before the Customer confirms the order.

Product images are illustrative. Actual packaging or appearance may differ slightly from the images shown.

The Seller reserves the right to correct pricing or technical errors. If an incorrect price has been displayed due to a technical mistake, the Seller may cancel the order and refund any payment received.


3. Placing an Order

To purchase products:

  1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.

  2. Enter the required customer and delivery information.

  3. Select the preferred delivery method.

  4. Choose a payment method.

  5. Review the order details.

  6. Confirm the order by completing payment.

After successful payment, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

The sales contract enters into force once the payment has been successfully received by the Seller.

If the ordered products become unavailable after payment, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and any amount paid for unavailable products will be refunded without undue delay.


4. Age Restriction

Certain products offered by Eating Habits, including alcoholic beverages, may only be purchased by persons who are at least 18 years of age.

By placing an order containing age-restricted products, the Customer confirms that they meet the legal minimum age required under applicable law.

The Seller reserves the right to request proof of age before dispatch or upon delivery. Orders containing age-restricted products may be refused or cancelled if age verification cannot be completed successfully.


5. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available during checkout.

Depending on the Customer's location and the available payment service providers, payment options may include:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Apple Pay (where supported)

  • Google Pay (where supported)

  • Secure online bank payments

  • Other payment methods displayed during checkout

  • Via Seller's phone POS supported by MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus AS Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, Reg code: 12268475)

  • Available payment methods may vary depending on the country of delivery and payment provider availability.

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

The Seller does not store Customers' full payment card information. Payment information is processed securely by certified payment service providers.


6. Payment Security

All electronic payments are processed using encrypted secure connections (SSL/TLS).

Card payments may require additional authentication (such as 3D Secure) according to the requirements of the Customer's bank.

Eating Habits does not have access to or store confidential banking credentials.


7. Order Confirmation

After payment is completed:

  • an automatic order confirmation will be sent to the Customer's email address;

  • the Seller will begin preparing the order for dispatch;

  • the Customer will receive shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

If the Customer does not receive an order confirmation, they should contact Customer Support as per the contact details on the Seller's website.


8. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If payment cannot be completed, the order will not be processed.

The Customer may submit a new order or contact Customer Support if payment issues persist.

The Seller is not responsible for payment failures caused by the Customer's bank, payment service provider or internet connection.


9. Availability

Products are offered subject to stock availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the Seller may:

  • offer an equivalent replacement product (subject to Customer approval);

  • partially fulfil the order; or

  • cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund.


10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Customer Support as soon as possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is subject to the Seller's Returns and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved according to Estonian law and the competent courts of Estonia. Consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
