Shipping & Pickup Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eating Habits.

At this time, we offer personal pickup as the primary delivery option for all orders.


Order Pickup

Customers may collect their orders at our collaborator store:

Limoncello Café Food Store

After placing an order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email.

  2. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

  3. Please bring your order confirmation or order number, valid ID (in case of alcohol production purchase) when collecting your items.

Orders must be picked up during the store’s regular opening hours.


Pickup Time

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 4 hours and some may take 1–3 business days (please always check this period mentioned near the product description in case of any specific time needed), unless otherwise communicated.

If you require urgent pickup, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.


Alternative Delivery Options

At the moment, standard shipping and delivery are not automatically available through the website.

However, we may be able to arrange alternative delivery or shipping options upon request, depending on:

  • the delivery location

  • the size of the order

  • available logistics options

Uncollected Orders

If an order is not collected within a reasonable time, we may contact the customer to arrange a new pickup time or discuss alternative arrangements.
