Winemaking
A blend of Primitivo (60%) and Negroamaro (40%), harvested between late August and mid-September. Grapes are destemmed and gently crushed under protected conditions to preserve purity and fruit expression. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature with regular pumpovers and délestage to build structure and depth.The wine is aged for 12 months in stainless steel, followed by 6 months in bottle before release.
Taste profile
Deep ruby red with garnet reflections. Aromas of ripe berries, carob, and red rose, layered with cocoa and subtle tobacco notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and structured, with firm tannins balanced by softness and a long, slightly spicy finish.Why you’ll like it
